Let customers book, reserve and order
On Pro, your website can show a Book a time, Reserve a table or Order online button that opens the booking or ordering service you already use. Suddn never takes the booking, the order or the payment itself. Pro is $16.67 a month billed yearly, or $19.99 monthly, and is available at launch.
How it works
Pick your service
In Edit website, choose it from the list for your kind of business.
Paste your link
Copy it from the service. Suddn checks that it belongs to that service.
Save
The button is on your website as soon as you save.
The services you can link
Book a time (or Book a consultation): Google Calendar appointments, Calendly, Booksy, Fresha, Square Appointments, Vagaro, Jane, Acuity Scheduling, Setmore and Microsoft Bookings.
Reserve a table: OpenTable and Resy.
Order online: Uber Eats, DoorDash and SkipTheDishes.
The link check
Paste your link from the service and Suddn checks that it really belongs to that service: a secure https link on the service's own web address. Paste the link first and Suddn picks the matching service for you.
A link that points anywhere else is refused with a plain explanation, and the check runs again when you save. So your website never shows a button that sends customers somewhere unexpected.
Suddn sends customers; the service does the rest
Your calendar, your table bookings, your delivery orders and your payments all stay with the service you chose, under its own terms and fees. Suddn never takes bookings, reservations, orders or payments itself, and never sees them.
What it doesn't do
Suddn doesn't run a booking calendar, a reservation book or an online checkout. The button opens the service, and the service handles everything after that.

The buttons are part of Pro, so a Free website doesn't show them. Free websites have Call, Directions and Message buttons.
Questions
Does Suddn take bookings or payments?
No. The button opens the service you already use, like Booksy or OpenTable, and that service takes the booking or the payment.
Which booking apps can I link?
Google Calendar appointments, Calendly, Booksy, Fresha, Square Appointments, Vagaro, Jane, Acuity Scheduling, Setmore and Microsoft Bookings. Restaurants can link OpenTable or Resy for tables, and Uber Eats, DoorDash or SkipTheDishes for orders.
My booking app isn't on the list. Can I still add it?
Not yet. Email hello@suddn.co with its name (the Request a provider button in Edit website writes that email for you), and we'll look at adding it.
Can my restaurant have both Reserve and Order buttons?
Yes. Restaurants and cafés can show one reservation link and one ordering link at the same time.
Are booking buttons on the Free plan?
No. They're part of Pro, which is $16.67 a month billed yearly and available at launch. Free websites have Call, Directions and Message buttons.
