"Do you have anything under $60, for today?"

That's the question, most days. Someone needs flowers for a birthday, a hospital visit or a funeral, and they want to know what you have, roughly what it costs and whether you're open before they leave work.

Your Instagram looks beautiful, but it doesn't show prices or hours, and most orders still start with a phone call. Plenty of customers would rather send a text.

A full online store with a cart and delivery slots costs money and hours to keep current, and what's in your cooler changes every week.

Orders by phone or text

Most flower orders still start with a call, so your website has a Call button. You can also turn on a Message button so people can text you their order. Only turn this on if your number can receive texts.

There's no cart or checkout. Online ordering and payments are Coming soon on the Business plan; until then, you take orders the way you do now.

Not a florist? Small shops use the same website

Gift shops, boutiques and corner shops get the same website: what you sell with prices and photos, your hours with Open now, a location note, and a notice line for a sale or holiday hours. Pick Shop as your kind of business.

It shows what you sell; it doesn't sell it online. There's no product catalogue with stock, no cart and no checkout, so if you need an online store today, a store builder is the better fit.

Questions from florist owners

Can customers order flowers on my website?

Not yet. Today customers call you or, if you turn on the Message button, text you. Online ordering and payments are Coming soon on the Business plan, and Suddn has no cart or checkout.

Can I show prices with photos?

Yes. Each item can have a price, a from-price or a range, a short description and a photo. On Free every image counts toward your 50 photos, item photos and your logo included.

How do I change what's available this week?

From your phone, in your dashboard. Edit, add or remove an item and it's live the moment you save.

Can I take wedding and event enquiries?

Yes. Switch on the quote request form (it's off by default for shops) and requests land in the Inbox in your dashboard. Free shows the newest 3, Pro shows all of them.

Can I tell people to order early for Mother's Day?

Yes. The notice line sits at the top of your website, for a line like "Order by Thursday for Mother's Day". Change it whenever you like.

Can Suddn handle my deliveries?

No. Suddn doesn't take orders, payments or deliveries. If you deliver yourself, add delivery as an item with its price, and say where you deliver in its description.

I run a gift shop, not a flower shop. Will this work?

Yes. Pick Shop as your kind of business and add what you sell with prices and photos, your hours and your location. It shows your products; it doesn't sell them online.
