A spa menu as a PDF means pinching and zooming on a phone. A builder template full of stock photos of stones and orchids looks like every other spa in town.

Packages, written as one item

A package is an item like any other. Give it a name, list what's inside in the description, and set the total time and price (“3 hours: massage, facial and pedicure, $295”).

Keep packages in their own group, so someone buying a day off for a friend sees them together.

Room for your credentials

The About section takes a list of credentials, up to eight lines, so a registration or membership can go there. Write exactly what applies to your spa and your staff, in the words your regulator or association uses.

Suddn doesn't check or add credentials, and its writing help never invents them. If you're unsure what you may say, check with your regulator.

Questions from spa owners

Can I show how long each treatment takes?

Yes. Every service can have a duration in minutes beside its price, and the Parlour theme shows the time next to each treatment.

How do I add a spa package?

As one item. Name it, describe what's included, and give it the total time and price; a Packages group keeps them together.

Can I show that our massage therapists are registered?

Your website has room for it. Add them to the credentials list in your About section, in the exact words that apply to you. Suddn doesn't verify credentials, so check with your regulator on what you may say.

Can clients book through Jane or Fresha?

Yes, on Pro. The Book a time button opens your Jane, Fresha, Vagaro, Square Appointments, Booksy or other listed provider link. Suddn never takes the booking or the payment.

Can I sell gift cards on the website?

No. Suddn doesn't take payments, and online payments are Coming soon as part of Business. You can explain in the Questions section how to buy a gift card at the spa or by phone.

Can the website match the spa's colours?

Yes. Every theme has palettes, one of them dark, and takes your own colour. Suddn works out readable shades, and if a colour can't be made readable it suggests one that can.
