Suddn gives your grooming shop a website with prices by size, drop-off and pick-up times, your vaccination policy and photos of your grooms, in under a minute. A one-page website is free. Pro adds separate pages, your groomers and Book a time buttons, for $16.67 a month billed yearly ($199.99) or $19.99 monthly, available at launch.
Every theme is free, with palettes or your own colour. Open an example to try it on a phone.

The honest answer is that it depends. A shih tzu and a Bernese mountain dog are different afternoons, and a matted doodle is a different afternoon again. So part of every day goes to the phone, explaining size, coat and condition.
Then come the same questions: what time do I drop off, when can I pick up, do you need to see vaccine records, can you do nails without an appointment, is my puppy old enough.
Write it all down once, on a website you can send as a link, and those calls get shorter.

Example content
Each service can carry a price range, and its description says what moves the price: size, coat and condition. “Medium dog, 20 to 50 lb. Doodles and matted coats are priced at drop-off.”
Owners see a fair range before they call, and you keep room to price the dog in front of you.
Switch on the Questions section and write the answers you give every day: drop-off between 8 and 9:30, we call when your dog is ready, a full groom takes two to three hours.
If you ask for vaccine records, your website can state your policy in your own words, like which records to bring to the first visit. The policy is yours; Suddn only shows it.
Use a price range. Give each service a range (“$90 to $120”) and say in the description what sets the price: size, coat, matting. A from-price works too.
In the Questions section, free on every plan. It's off by default, so switch it on in Design. Your opening hours show separately, with Open now and today's hours.
Yes, your website can state your policy. Write it in the Questions section in your own words, for example which records you ask to see at the first visit. Suddn doesn't set or check the policy.
Yes. Set your walk-ins line to “Book ahead, or walk in”, and say which jobs in the service itself (“Nail trim, 10 min, no appointment needed”) or in the notice at the top of your website (“Walk-in nail trims weekdays 10 to 2”).
On Pro, yes, through the booking app you already use. The Book a time button opens Square Appointments, Booksy, Fresha, Vagaro, Setmore, Calendly or another listed provider; Suddn never takes the booking or the payment.
Not yet. Only the listed providers can be added today, because Suddn checks every link belongs to its provider. Email hello@suddn.co to ask for yours.
Yes. The Our work gallery takes photos with captions (“Matted doodle, shaved down for a fresh start”). Free holds 50 photos and every image counts; Pro gives you 5 GB.
