Someone with a closing date, a will to write or a separation to sort out usually starts with a name from a friend. Before they call, they search for you to check you handle their kind of matter, and to find a way to reach you that doesn't feel like a commitment.
If what they find is a directory listing, or nothing, they keep searching. A plain, accurate website with your practice areas and an enquiry form is often all they need to take the next step.
And you can't hand your marketing to a tool that makes things up. Your website should say only what you'd put your name to.
An example firm, to show how practice areas can read on your website. The fees and every word are yours to decide.

Law societies have rules about how lawyers market their services, and meeting your law society's marketing rules is your responsibility. Suddn shows what you write and never writes claims for you.
Write it for me is built never to invent credentials, licences, years in practice, awards or prices, and you keep or edit every line before publishing. If you're unsure whether a line fits, check with your law society before it goes on your website.
Practice areas go in as services, grouped the way clients think (Real estate, Wills and estates, Family), each with a fixed fee, a from-price or no price at all.
The legal line sits in your footer, for the details you want at the foot of your website, such as the firm's full name. Your credentials list shows in your About section, exactly as you write it.
No. Write it for me only drafts a headline, a short description and your about text from your name, kind of business and city, and it's built never to invent credentials, licences, years, awards or prices. You keep or edit every line, and meeting your law society's marketing rules is your responsibility.
As services. Group them (Real estate, Wills and estates, Family) and give each a fixed fee, a from-price or no price.
In the legal line, which sits in your footer. Your credentials go in a list in your About section.
To the Inbox in your dashboard. They're sent over SSL, stored in a database hosted in Canada and never shown on your website. You may want to ask people, in your Questions section, not to put confidential details in a first message.
Yes, on Pro. The Book a consultation button opens the scheduling service you already use, such as Calendly, Microsoft Bookings or Google Calendar. Suddn doesn't take bookings itself, and a service that isn't on the list can't be added yet.
Yes, on Pro. The Team section shows each person's name, role and an optional photo. It's off until you switch it on.
